Refund policy
Eligibility for Refunds
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or does not correspond to the order placed (e.g., wrong size, design, or garment type).
No Return Required
If you believe your item is defective or of poor quality, you must send clear photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not require you to physically return the item.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please send us:
Your order number
One or more photos clearly showing the defect or quality issue
Once received and validated, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds for:
Personal taste or expectations regarding the print quality when the product corresponds to the on-demand specifications
Minor variations in colour or placement of the design
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
